The ILA 2026 Conference Planning Committee is excited to announce that registration for 
the Idaho Library Association 2026 Conference will open on Saturday, August 1, 2026!

Full Conference - Early Bird Registration Rates (8/1/26 - 8/31/26)

  • ILA Member - $190
  • ILA Conference Presenter - $190 
  • Non-ILA Member - $220

(Deadline for Early Bird Rates is 8/31/26.)

Full Conference - Regular Registration Rates (9/1/26 - 10/3/26)

  • ILA Member - $220
  • ILA Conference Presenter- $190 (remains the same as Early Bird pricing)
  • Non-ILA Member - $250

(Deadline for Regular Rates is 10/3/26.)

Special Registration Rates (8/1/26 - 10/3/26) 

  • Wednesday Conference Only (includes B, L & D) - $150
  • Thursday Conference Only (includes B & L) - $130
  • Banquet Dinner Only (Wed. night) - $50 (open to family members and non-library staff)
  • Library Board Member/Friends of the Library Member (full conference) - $100
  • Virtual Only (At least 15 pre-recorded Sessions) - based on a suggested donation of: $10, $20, $50, or Other (each)
  • ILA Conference Presenter (Full Conference) - $190

Conference Hotel

The conference rate at the hotel is $174/night and is available for reservations for nights between Monday, October 19, and Friday, October 23 (check out on October 24).

ILA Awards & Banquet

Scholarships and awards will be presented at the conference banquet on Wednesday, October 21, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tickets to the banquet only will be on sale during the registration period.
