The ILA 2026 Conference Planning Committee is excited to announce that registration for
the Idaho Library Association 2026 Conference will open on Saturday, August 1, 2026!

Registration Pricing & Deadlines:

Preconference (October 20) - Free to Attend

Full Conference (October 21-22) - Early Bird Registration (through September 11)

ILA Member - $190
ILA Conference Presenter - $190
Non-ILA Member - $220

(Deadline for Early Bird Rates is 9/11/26.)

Full Conference (October 21-22) - Regular Registration Rates (September 12 - October 3)

ILA Member - $220
ILA Conference Presenter- $190 (remains the same as Early Bird pricing)
Non-ILA Member - $250

(Deadline for Regular Rates is 10/3/26.)

Special Registration Rates - (through October 3)

Wednesday Conference Only (includes B, L & D) - $150
Thursday Conference Only (includes B & L) - $130
Banquet Dinner Only (Wednesday night) - $50 (open to family members and non-library staff)
Library Board Member/Friends of the Library Member (Full Conference) - $100
Virtual Only (15+ pre-recorded sessions) - suggested donation of: $10, $20, $50, or other (each)
ILA Conference Presenter (Full Conference) - $190
ILA Conference Presenter (Presentation Only) - $0 (Presenters who are only presenting a session and do not plan to attend the whole conference, you do not need to register. Instead, please complete this Presenter Only Form by 10/3/26.)

Conference Hotel

The conference rate at the hotel is $174/night and is available for reservations for nights between Monday, October 19, and Friday, October 23 (check out on October 24).

ILA Awards & Banquet

Scholarships and awards will be presented at the conference banquet on Wednesday, October 21, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tickets to the banquet only will be on sale during the registration period.
