High Five: This badge is given to the person who displays an act of leadership in their every day life.

History of LiLAC- Library Leadership Advisory Committee
Leadership has been identified as a continuing education need for the Idaho library community. In an effort to further define the leadership skills and behaviors valued by the Idaho library community, the Idaho Commission for Libraries (ICFL), in co-operation with the Idaho Library Association (ILA), convened a two-day summit in April 2014. During the summit 50 individuals from across library types, library positions and geographic locations engaged in meaningful conversation regarding leadership development and how best to approach it at a statewide level in order to sustain Idaho libraries as community anchor institutions.
